I'm Director of Cambridge climaTRACES Lab, a new interdisciplinary research initiative at the University of Cambridge focusing on climate, nature, and sustainability. Collaborating with a network of climate and nature experts globally, we conduct cutting edge research for wider societal benefit, and create and test innovative policy communications formats that translate the evidence and multidisciplinary research generated by the lab for policy and industry audiences.

I’m also Co-Founder and Director of the King’s Entrepreneurship Lab (E-Lab). Our purpose is to be a pioneer in education, learning and research of entrepreneurship and innovation. We believe that entrepreneurship comes in all shapes and forms, and we put emphasis on the entrepreneurial mindset (being willing to challenge the status quo and to re-imagine the world). We develop sustainable and ethical projects with a positive social and environmental impact, and our students innovate a wide range of commercial, social and green ventures.

Our objectives are to encourage entrepreneurial thinking, to build venture acumen, to nurture a social ethic, and to create a space for students, researchers and other stakeholders to explore innovation for positive social and environmental change. In four years, we have developed a core set of activities to support these objectives, structured under the following pillars: Education; Research, Incubation and Community. For more details check out our impact report and our 2025 in review.

Over the last four years I have raised more than $14 million to support research and innovation programmes, as well student activities.
